Good location close to Metro, comfortable base for a quick trip to Rome
We stayed at Fabiola's for 3 nights. Our flight arrived very late at night and Fabiola kindly helped to organize us a car service. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and was great. Fabiola met us at the accommodation on arrival. She showed us our room which looked like the photos I had seen online. Not huge but neat and all you need for a base to explore Rome from. The aircon worked well which was a lifesaver as we were there during a heat wave. Fabiola had some pastries and tea/coffee/juice in the communal kitchen which was appreciated. The metro station is literally outside the entrance which was extremely convenient! We were very happy with our stay, thank you.
The safe in the room did not work, we pointed it out to Fabiola so hopefully she will get it sorted. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Exceptional
Great location. Easy to walk into City and Vatican. If not able to walk long distances metro is on doorstep. Loads of food options within 5 mins. Basic selection of bread / coffee for light breakfast provided by host.

Great location. very close to the Vatican. easy access to central Rome via metro. Very clean and comfortable. Managed well. Great wifi.
